Every A Home Check Home Inspection includes a FREE partial thermographic scan. The area scanned will depend on a few variables. For instance, if the home has a Cathedral ceiling we may choose this area as this is a common area for insulation problems.

Because of the extra time involved in a full Thermographic Scan, there is an additional fee of $150.00 over and above the general home inspection.
